So I payed for an executive suite and stayed in that room for 5 nights, thereafter I was transferred to a small room for another 3 nights as the projector stopped working, I was then told I can either stay in that room without a TV or they can move me to a smaller room and refund me at R50 a night. The smaller room had Luke warm water to bath even after notifying them at the guest house. Breakfast is never on time, I had to check out without eating anything as my breakfast wasn't on time and I had to leave to Durban. I wouldn't be advising any of my colleagues to be staying here again. Maybe someone new can have a stay and they might get better service.

Staying at Atholl was very great, the guest house is beautiful. One improvement on your breakfast try to have a variety for a customer to chose not same thing everyday. Also also have some cereals

Convenient and relaxing. Close to the Sandton Mall and business centre. Access well controlled with no hassle.

Thank you for accommodating us. Thandi was great and extremely friendly. Toilet paper roll was empty with no replacement but Thandi came to the rescue. Only one side of the electric blanket worked. Some milk to accommodate the complimentary coffee would have been nice. I think a few small changes would make a huge difference. Thank you

Everything was great, room was large and comfortable. Just battled getting in, intercom didnt work and the phone went straight to voicemail that was full.
