Really terrible!!!! Six weeks ago I had reserved a room for me and my colleague, but it only worked out for one of us... Anyway, the very unfocused and unfriendly man at reception was just about able to sort it out. As I said, very, very unfriendly. Even after I had mentioned my name numerous times, it was not possible for him to remember my name within 60 seconds (I have a very simple name). Unfortunately, the breakfast that you have to book with it is not available because the kitchen has not been inspected. A reference to the HRS booking led to me being spoken to in a really rude manner. After all, it was HRS's problem: No, that's mine because I'm not having breakfast tomorrow morning. His answer to that was: Then I'll just leave you a slice of bread for €14.50 tomorrow morning! Unfortunately, the hotel's car park is not available all day. You can only use it from 5 p.m. I have been traveling frequently for work for over 25 years now and I can only say that I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. The gentleman is supposed to be the owner or managing director... For me it is clear: never again!!!
