Sauber und ruhige Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr lecker , überall zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Dame von Rezeption sehr nett , hilfsbereit. Restaurant Herr Merdo und team sehr freundlich. Preise sind auch in Ordnung..

The two main staff members were friendly & helpful. However in the six days of our stay nobody came to clean our room, change towels, empty bins etc. I had to request clean towels and I emptied the bins myself leaving the refuse bag in the courtyard outside our door which i had to prompt staff to take away. Mustafa (the owner) was polite and kind, however i think his focus is more on the restaurant of the hotel. We didn't dine there, but its a pretty venue. Overall, the hotel is a beautiful building, full of character with some amazing features. The bed was comfy and the shower was powerful, albeit with broken wall fixtures. I'd read some good reviews and thought it would be a good place to stay, particularly as it was close to where our family live. However, it's not somewhere I would stay again. I spent a little time looking at other hotels nearby that were half the price, with super clean rooms and welcoming hosts.

Hotel con mucho encanto ubicado en un antiguo palacio. Habitación muy bonita y con mucho encanto, eché en falta caja fuerte y que estuviera un poco mejor insonorizada. Personal encantador, contratamos 2 tours con ellos y fue todo perfecto. Ubicación idónea, a 5 minutos del centro.
