Deludente
Hotel molto vecchio, la stanza passabile, ma il bagno è molto vecchio, pulizia sommaria delle mattonelle doccia fatiscente.
Non appena si esce dalla stanza per fare colazione, alle 8,30, la cameriera al piano vuole sapere a che ora verrà liberata la stanza (check out max alle 10).
Buona la colazione.
Gentile l'addetta alla reception al check out del 28 settembre.
E' appena un due stelle.

Indecente! al limite della truffa. struttura e camere fatiscenti (carta da parati scollata, pavimento danneggiato e con buchi, pareti molto sporche, materassi scomodi). ho acceso l'aria condizionata e si è allagata la camera. Personale incompetente e molto scortese. Indecente!

un incubo
Soggiorno del 17/6 notte pagata €. 171 posto sporco, mal tenuto paragonabile ad un motel di passaggio di bassa categoria ma almeno li sai che paghi 40 euro e metti in conto che il degrado di ciò che ti aspetta è dietro la porta! Il pomeriggio antecedente l'arrivo (giorno16) ci contattano dicendo che il POS non funzionava pertanto di portare i contanti per il saldo. Il 17 raggiungiamo il posto e ci ricordano che il pos non funziona. Diciamo loro, spiacenti non abbiamo contanti possiamo fare bonifico istantaneo, allora chi ci riceve ci comunica che avendo prenotato con hotels avrebbero tolto direttamente dalla carta in garanzia. Il giorno seguente al check out, la transazione non passa (ovviamente la carta è in corso di validità e carica) e ci vengono richiesti i contanti. A fronte della nostra dichiarazione di esserne privi, magicamente esce da sotto il banco il famigerato POS che funziona e come per magia accetta la nostra carta di credito fisica. Ovviamente il cartello POS non funzionante continua a permanere per i prossimi sfortunati. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno

Decepcionante
Um quarto minúsculo com uma cama de solteirão para um casal, instalações precárias, sem ar condicionado, pia do banheiro entupida, ralo do banho entupido... Realmente o pior que já peguei na minha vida, jamais imaginei isso na Europa. Não posso ser injusta com as pessoas da recepção, muito atenciosas e cafe da manhã razoável.

bien pour un passage d'une nuit
Nous avions réservé la demi-pension ; un certain temps a été nécessaire pour que cela soit acté à notre arrivée : problème de communication entre les personnes, mais le service client a été très réactif, contrairement à celui d'un autre organisme de voyage (B.c...) !
La taille du lit pour deux personnes parait un peu limitée dans la chambre qui nous a été attribuée.

Una tappa in Emilia
Sulla Via Emilia, tra Parma e Reggio Emilia, comodo per la mia meta. Parcheggio ampio sotto l'hotel. Camera un po' angusta, letto comodo, ottima la pulizia. Colazione varia e abbondante. Rapporto qualità prezzo valido.
