The place is truly magical - the service is exceptional. Would highly recommend for couples looking for an intimate getaway. It's tucked away just outside the main tourist drag of Puerto. The location makes you feel as if you are in your own personal oasis with a gorgeous, more private beach and exceptional staff.

Superb place to relax for 3 days. The hotel decor in the rooms and around the hotel was stunning. The pool was a highlight and we spent a lot of time sitting by it. As there are only a small number of rooms in the hotel we often had the pool to ourself. The food was excellent and the service from all the staff was fabulous. The beach itself is very wild and not swimmable but there is a glorious swimming beach at Carrizalillo about 20 minutes away by taxi.

Las habitaciones tienen muy mala calidad para los 700 dls por noche que cobran. Las camas de poca calidad, sábanas y toallas. Pero lo que más deja que desear es el aire acondicionado de la habitación.
Excesivamente caro para la pobre experiencia en la habitación.
Todo lo de más muy bien. Sobre todo el servicio en los alimentos, que son de gran calidad. El servicio de ángel y de temach es de primera.

ES RIDÍCULO que el Check in es hasta las 3:00 pm y el Check Out es a las 11:00 am !!!!!
La gente del front desk muy payasos parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte y no te resuelven.
Servicio bastante malo, comida bastante bien, todo, el hotel muy incómodo, hace mucho calor y no sirven los ventiladores o fallan, por lo que que cuesta te esperas algo Mucho Mejor, el hotel esta demasiado sencillo y la ubicación no es buena, la empresa que les da el servicio de Taxis unos rateros mas caro que en NY
