We had an amazing experience thanks to Julio! He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed about the resort and the beautiful surrounding areas of Huatulco. When my partner dropped his phone in the pool, Julio was quick to help us out and even got us a bag of rice to save it. He also assisted us with some room issues and made the booking process for our Fun and Sun tour seamless. Julio’s friendly and attentive service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday in Huatulco. The Dreams resort needs a few upgrades as it is dated but our room was always clean and sufficiently supplied. Toured around the beautiful landscape and many beaches and were pleasantly surprised on how clean the area was. The locals take great pride in that. The crystal clear aqua blue waters was amazing. Felt very safe there day and night. A big shoutout to our amazing bartenders Laticia and Maximino who took such good care of us. Laticia even sent us home with a special thank you gift.

We stayed here from March 26th - April 1st & had the best time! Resort was very clean, food was good, hotel pool was really nice & the beach club was awesome! Service was great, everyone was really friendly. Location was perfect, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of restaurants handy, a large market is very close & the marina is also quite close. Very happy!

Great spot for a home base, close to everything; shopping, restaurants, connections to other areas, but quiet and not a lot of traffic. beautiful common areas, garden and plants well tended, pool is fantastic, restaurant is amazing with great staff. the room was a bit dated but was huge and clean and quiet. couldn't have hoped for more - especially for the cost. would definitely stay again!
