Las habitaciones no son como en la foto. Nuestra habitación era muy oscura y hace falta mantenimiento. Lo peor fue que estaban reparando el elevador y empezaban los martillazos a las 8 am. Tantito respeto para la gente que sale de vacaciones!

El hotel se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones aunque el personal de recepción podría ser un poco más amable, algunos problemas se anuncia como pet friendly y al final "solo algunas de las habitaciones lo son" tuvimos que dejar un deposito de $5000 pesos en los que nos hacíamos responsables de los daños de las mascotas pudieran causar, hay solo 2 sillas en la barra para una habitación de 6 personas, el estacionamiento está muy mal iluminado y hay murciélagos
