The hotel is situated at the end of the airport runway so planes fly past your bedroom window and over the swimming pool. Large building works ongoing at hotel so very noisy and no privacy.

Actually a nice hotel but it’s right at the end of the airport runway so very very noisy and hotel shakes. They are still building the hotel too so no privacy and a lot of noise and dust. Our view of the sea was blocked by scaffolding and netting

El hotel aún esta en construcción y con ocupación medía lo que hace que aún no hayan dispuesto de todo el personal, en especial en cocina para atender a los huéspedes.
Las instalaciones son de primera y el trato es muy amable, gracias a Ruben (Mesero) y a Mauricio (Bar) por tener la mejor actitud y esforzarse en el servicio.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is the kindest I have ever seen. The hotel has a convenient location close to the airport and good access to the beach. Food is amazing and the rooms are brand new with an excellent cleaning service.

Pésima experiencia. Las habitaciones NO tienen vista al mar, aseguraron reembolso por ese “error en la página” sin cumplirlo. Mala comida, pésimo servicio. Terrible experience. The rooms have NO ocean view, they assured reimbursement for that "error on the page" without fulfilling it. Bad food, lousy service

If you like plane spotting you will like this hotel, which is situated at the end of the runway so planes fly just past the window. If you also like the sound , noise and lack of privacy due to building works adjoining our room you will like this. Terrible hotel,

Rooms are clan and ok looking. Service is slow. They need to bring up a notch level of hospitality at the hotel. My husband went to grab water from the typical beverage dispensers in lobby ( the ones they always place with lemon or pieces of some other fruit) and they stopped him and told him that was only for arriving guests. Really?? It is water in a very hot place! No changes or substitutions can be made n the menu. Breakfast was included and it was simple but ok and the guys who served during breakfast were very nice. Conclusion: if really cheap book, but knowing its very basic

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, pese al ruido las habitaciones si están insonorizadas. Normalmente, las habitaciones cuentan con horno, cocina, extractor de olores. La atención es excelente. Los colaboradores son muy amables, siempre están dispuesto a ayudar. La piscina es amplia, tienen una playa privada. Cuentan con un restaurante con deliciosas opciones. Los puntos de mejora podrían ser ofrecer agua de cortesía por cuanto el clima hace que los huéspedes lleguen a deshidratarse. Sería recomendable que implementen un gimnasio equipado. Finalmente, al tener cocina, es sugerible que provean de ollas y recipientes para el horno.
