Puse la misma opinión en el portal por dónde reservamos el hotel… Sólo puedo decir que si puedes pagarte otro hotel es mejor que lo hagas… Fue una tortura. Afortunadamente, sólo fue una noche y fue la peor de las 9 noches que pasamos en el eje cafetero. Las paredes de las habitaciones eran de cartón y oíamos hasta los ronquidos de los otros huéspedes. El lavabo lo usamos sólo 2 veces porque teníamos miedo que se rompiera. Es un hotel que necesita una reforma urgente!!! Por lo que pagamos nos pareció que no se ajustaba para nada. Positivo la atención del personal y el desayuno
