A pousada é muito bonita, porém falta hospitalidade! Chegamos antes do horário do checking, pelo horário do nosso voo! Ficamos esperando na recepção sem problemas, até pq o combinado era apenas ser as 16h! Foi nos oferecida uma antecipação, porém, teríamos que sair mais cedo no checkout! Um quarto que estava cheio de pernilongo, fui pedir algo para passar, falaram que não tinham e me indicaram o supermercado para eu comprar! Desse valor nem me perguntaram quanto foi! A pousada e a hospitalidade era tão boa, que resolvemos sair um dia antes e seguirmos viagem! Infelizmente, uma experiência muito ruim!

O atendimento foi muito bom, só faltou uma Smart TV no quarto e o ar condicionado demorou um pouco a dar vazão fora isso a pousada é um charme, linda demais, acomodações impecáveis é muito próximo do centrinho!

Quarto e banheiro antigo sem nenhum conforto, precisando de reforma, cama e quarto super pequeno, colchao horrivel. Muito barulho, cafe da manha e piscina muito proximo dos quartos, voce escuta conversa no quarto vizinho.

It was a wonderful stay. All people were super smiling and helpful. Everything very light and organized. I really loved it and recommend it. The breakfast is super complete and nutritious, you can see the care and organization in every detail. Large room and wonderful garden. The location is perfect
