Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

Wonderful little hotel. Great bar and pool area. No need to go out at night at all. The hotel was so professional that they contacted us about belongings we left behind and was kind enough to send it with friends.

Even as a platinum acor member, I expected a little but more early check inn.

The hotel is good, clean warm welcome and supportive from staffs. The location is on the main road, have some small restaurants and street foods. Night market around the hotel location which is easy for visitor to buy some necessary materials such as, phone card, currency exchange and other souvenir. The room is clean

Facilities: The room is clean, the 2nd floor is the restaurant, the 5th floor is the gym and swimming pool, and the 6th floor and above are the guest rooms. The room is relatively spacious for the same price. The breakfast is OK, which is above average for hotels of the same grade.

Right in the center. The entrance is a bit messy, with a lot of hawking. The hotel itself is very nice.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to the Plaza de Armas, the central area and the park. The room is also good, especially the breakfast. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful! A very good experience!

This Mercure is located in the center of the old city. The advantage is that many surrounding tourist attractions such as the Plaza de Armas are within a ten-minute walk. The subway entrance and buses are right next to it; the disadvantage is that there are many people of all kinds passing by, and the security situation may be complicated. The hotel room is relatively large, the breakfast is pretty good, and the price/performance ratio is high.

Excellent service! English is fluent, but sometimes some hotel staff have a strong accent and it takes some effort to understand. The room is very comfortable, cost-effective, and the sanitary conditions are OK. Next door to the hotel is the subway station, which is very convenient! There are many people coming and going in this area. There are many markets and shopping malls nearby. You can buy everything you need, which is very convenient! There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, which seems to be open 24 hours a day. If you need any food or drinks, you can buy them right away when you go downstairs. The hotel bar is quite comfortable! It’s not too big, but the bartending price is OK and it’s delicious! It’s also very comfortable to sit and chat! The bartenders speak English. Overall it feels great! In terms of value for money, I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, facilities, breakfast and location. You could have more family room alternatives, for example, 2 small beds and a 2-seater, etc. But everything else is very good.

The reception service was slow, the room phone was bad, every day we had to ask for towels.
