Falta de servicios básicos
El hotel muy lindo, rodeado de mucho verde, limpio y ordenado. Estaba todo bien hasta que bajamos a comer. Nos dijeron que el restorán cerraba a las 20:00. Bajamos a las 19:15 y ya estaba cerrado, no nos dejaron pedir ni una cerveza aunque sea.
Pedimos comida y cervezas por pedidos ya. Cuando llegó la comida necesitábamos calentarla, cubiertos y un abridor de cerveza. Pero nos dijeron que no tenían nada de las 3 cosas para facilitarnos. Me pareció pésimo, parecía una broma de mal gusto. Estábamos en el Hotel, con la comida y cervezas en nuestras manos y no teníamos como comerla. El tipo de recepción no tenía era indolente y no tenía ni una intención de ayudarnos.
Me parece que un hotel al menos debería tener un saca corcho, donde calentar agua, comida y servicios. ¿Como lo haces si vas con niños? no puedes calentar una mamadera?? lo peor de todo fue la actitud, por que era obvio que podia conseguir la cosas.
No soy de andar reclamando, pero realmente quedé descolocado con la poca amabilidad. Después de varios reclamos nos prestó cubiertos y microondas del personal, pero nada para abrir la cerveza.
Es una pena que tan lindo hotel se caiga en detalles tan fáciles de solucionar.

Me ajudou muito!
Estava indo esquiar no vale nevado, mas o tempo não deixou, então pernoitei no hotel, fui muito bem recebido, inclusive fiz o check in e o check out sem pagar, pois não havia luz no bairro, devido uma tempestade que aconteceu um dia antes, e mesmo assim eles confiaram e me hospedaram.. grato!
