Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, aber leider herunter gekommen, der Zimmerservice war unterirdisch. Die Matratzen durchgelegen, man spürte das Eisen der Federkerne. Das Frühstück sehr unorganisiert. Das Restaurantessen nicht zu empfehlen, eher nicht genießbar. Ständig waren Veranstaltungen mit gröllenden Gästen im Hof. Gut dass wir nach fünf Tagen gewechselt haben. Nie wieder!

Accommodation consists of either bungalows or terraced apartments (we had a bungalow) The bungalow has a kitchen with a small fridge, a microwave, a stove and dishes. Attention, there is no oven. There is free parking and a swimming pool. There is a large park with many interesting plants and trees. Breakfast and dinner were great :-)

The room smelled pretty bad because it was damp and wasn't clean. The elevator was blocked and you had to carry your suitcase up and down. One day there wasn't even room service. The morning buffet wasn't generous but it was good.

We passed by and saw Restaurante Solar do Conde!!!! A big, huge piece of rubbish. Starting in the room where they took us... 1 room with a lot of old mirrors and without any ventilation or air conditioning. Poor service, not even a bottle of iced water... we asked for garlic bread... it came with sliced bread far away from any garlic. There wasn't even any salt shaker... but they gave me one that didn't come out of salt. I ordered a hot cheese, which came cold. A pasta that arrived warm and I still don't know if it was a pasta salad with grilled chicken breast without any seasoning. A disaster !!!! As a hotel, I can't vouch for anything, but as a restaurant... a ****

We were very disappointed by this hotel where we stayed for 4 nights with half board. The exteriors are fallow, we were supposed to have a bungalow, ultimately we got a room, we were not able to cook for lunch. The half board also disappointed us, a bowl of soup every evening and the choice between 2 very frugal dishes, not to mention the desserts. The breakfasts are ordinary... The staff is pleasant but we will not keep a memorable memory of this place. The wind tunnel above the restaurant prevents peace and quiet by the pool... Really a shame.

We stayed at this hotel with friends after flying to San Miguel from Lisbon on vacation. The staff made us feel welcome, the service pleased us! Cleanliness and beauty all around. Everyone is friendly. It was already deep night when we arrived. But we were placed in a nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy room. We created all the conditions for relaxation. Special thanks for the wonderful view of nature. For a well-kept yard and conveniently located parking for cars. And we really liked the breakfasts.

My stay at Solar do Conde couldn't have been better. From the service at reception to the accommodation, it was simply 5 stars. The hall for the events that took place was simply beautiful, comfortable and very spacious for a joyful evening. The food was very well prepared (dinner and breakfast) and was very well served. There is a wide variety of regional products served for breakfast, with the possibility of trying any of them. It was an incredible night and we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it.
