There's nothing special to do in the mountain area and the morning is pretty cloudy without view, also there's no view from the room. I expected to have better aroma in the room and in the pool and lobby area.
The bad was soft and comfortable, the bath kit was nice, and the breakfast was good.

Portobay Serra Golf A wonderful small hotel located in Santo Da Serra Near the Golf Course and the Airport the Staff are Amazing Great breakfast the Room was very clean and wonderful presented Definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday.

A minha estadia no PortoBay Serra Golf foi um verdadeiro refúgio romântico. Acolhedor, com uma atmosfera intima, onde cada detalhe parecia feito para nos abraçar, mesmo sob a chuva. Aquela chuva boa, que convida ao sossego e traz um charme especial ao ambiente. O pessoal, sempre atencioso, fazia-nos sentir em casa a cada gesto, e a piscina quentinha era o convite perfeito para relaxar. No quarto, tudo transpirava conforto, desde a cama aconchegante até à decoração que nos transportava para um lugar onde o tempo parece abrandar.

Tivemos alguns problemas o nosso quarto, ficamos na Júnior suite mas existiram algumas falhas na limpeza, o Wi-Fi desligava com muita frequência e o barulho do pequeno almoço no andar de cima desde muito cedo impediam de dormir um pouco mais numas férias que o objetivo era relaxar. Tirando isso apesar de poucas, as facilidades do hotel funcionavam muito bem, principalmente a disco à interior aquecida que sempre tinha a temperatura perfeita. O pequeno almoço é satisfatório e o staff é super simpático e prestável. Não é a nossa primeira vez no hotel e embora a nossa experiência com a Júnior suite não fosse a melhor, o quarto standard que utilizamos na última estada era perfeito e será a nossa escolha na próxima vez que ficarmos no hotel.

A beautiful old building, well-appointed with fabulous rooms, food and leisure facilities, tucked away from the centre of Santo da Serra but close enough to enjoy the shops, restaurants and freshly cooked Bolo do caco.

Hotel in sehr schöne Gegend, neben den Park. Dort sind viele Spazierwege in G grüne Umgebung. Das Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen.
