Dominican Fiesta Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Reviews

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Upon arrival I was informed that there was no room, even though I had booked and paid for the room in advance. They wanted to move me to a hotel 20 minutes away. Eventually, a room was found because I refused to leave. This new room was on a floor that isn't even available for booking. The toilet did not flush, the carpet was filthly and it smelled. In addition in the hallway there was exposed wiring, holes in the walls, and what appeared to be blood. The next day I was moved to a new room where the air conditioner didn't work and it was also dirty and the carpet was stained. The staff was all very nice and the pool is lovely, but I would not at all recommend this hotel.

Like a city for itself. The gym is amazing ! Expect to travel to the sights tough.

The hotel is very nice, had good entretainmment shows at night, excellent service, very very good breakfast, the cost of the food is normal, not expensive, the zone is safe, a lot of small resstaurants near by.

Everything was fine in general, without much luxury but what was necessary to be comfortable.

I strongly suggest that Ctrip remove this hotel from its listings. I stayed in an angry hotel. I arrived at 2:30 pm and was told that the room was ready, but it would cost an extra 30 USD to check in now because the check-in time was 3 o'clock. In the end, I was asked to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. It was so ugly. Are the room facilities from the 70s? I took a shower, but the water in the bathroom didn't drain until the next morning. The curtains couldn't be closed, and the air conditioner couldn't be turned on again after it was turned off. There was no hair dryer. I asked the front desk for it, and they said it was coming. I asked twice during the period and they said it was coming. An hour later, they told me that there was no hair dryer. Is this kind of hotel just to make guests feel uncomfortable? ? ?

Breakfast is OK, the room is old, the bathroom ceiling is leaking. Service is good. There is a balcony.

The hotel room is older, but relatively clean. Service: Most of the waiters have average attitudes, but there are two or three at the front desk who are quite good. Facilities: relatively backward.

A very old hotel with complete facilities and a balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The biggest feature is old. The room is relatively large, the faucet in the bathroom has a sense of history, and the bathtub is also rusty. The buffet is nothing short of a disaster. Dining is best done outside. There is a supermarket next to it, and there is a park a few hundred meters away, which is more convenient. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helpful to solve the problem.

Excellent service, I recommend it, the pool area and bar are excellent, I would only recommend extending the gym hours

Relatively old facilities, the room also has a smell, but fortunately there is a balcony! The quilt also feels wet
