White Concept Caves - Adults Only Reviews

In general the hotel suits couple perfectly as the romantic pool surrounded by the white houses is made for photos taking lovers. The rooms are clean and big with strong WiFi inside as you won’t be able to receive your own signal in caves there. One little drawback is that the pool was found so many mosquitoes floating on it when we just checked in which makes me deduct the cleanliness part of this hotel.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Location is fantastic, accessible to both Fira town center and Fira bus station. Yet it is super quiet and hidden, not surround by tourists. The swimming pool is stunning. Had many lovey photos there. The breakfast is super fantastic. Room is huge and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Great value for money. Convenient location, 10min walking distance from Fira bus station, 3-5 min walking distance from Fira restaurant street. Rooms and facilities are all clean. Staffs were kind and warm welcoming. Especially, loved the bright energy of Alenxandra. But no mobile access from my room, and unstable internet connection via hotel wifi. To access Internet, I had to stay in the sofa outside of the room.

The staff in reception are super nice and helpful. It’s clean and comfortable to stay. Near to the city centre and bus stop it’s only take 5-10mins

The host and staff are super friendly and passionate. The hotel is around 5 mins walk to Fira town centre. At first the assigned room is not nice as its like a basement without sunshine and very humid (although we know we booked a cave style room, still a bit disappointed with how it looks like). We feedbacked to the host and she arranged another room which we like a lot more. The room make up is very prompt. Entire room is clean and tidy. The only thing is wifi is not very fast and not sure if every room is equipped with a smart tv that can project YouTub/ Netflix contents (which is highly important to us). All our requests are well entertained and I cannot thank you enough. If you are not looking for sea view or 1 minute walk to town centre, this hotel is a good choice. Hope you have a good business and every success.

It was good.

To be honest, the hotel is clean and the service is good. There are too few choices for breakfast! But Check In is really annoying. I don’t understand why there are so many things to fill in? It’s so funny that you also have to fill in the guest’s address! Hope it can be improved!

The room is very big. Because there are three of us, we were given a very big room. There is also a huge swimming pool upstairs. It really feels like a vacation! The front desk is almost responsive. The lady's attitude is super good, and the breakfast is also prepared according to everyone's needs. It's super delicious. If I have time to go to Greece next time, I will choose this hotel again!

The location is close to the Fira bus terminal and market (7-10 minutes away), making it convenient to take buses to different places and shop. The hotel can arrange for a masseur to serve customers in the hotel room. The masseur will bring his own massage bed and behave professionally. The only drawback is that the hairdryer is weak. Secondly, the cave is relatively humid. Since the hotel does not recommend guests to turn on the air conditioner, the humidity in the room cannot be ventilated for a short period of time, especially after taking a shower. The location is close to the Fira bus station and market (7-10 mins walk distance), making it convenient to take buses to different places and for shopping. The hotel can arrange in-room private massage service, and the masseuse will bring their own massage bed and exhibit professionalism. The only downside is that the hairdryer's strength is relatively weak. Additionally, the cave rooms tend to be damp. Since the hotel does not recommend guests to use air conditioning, the humidity in the room cannot be quickly ventilated , especially after taking a shower.

The service attitude was good and they recommended many authentic restaurants to us. It was the off-season and no one was renting the honeymoon room. The hotel upgraded us for free and the room also included an outdoor hot tub, allowing us to enjoy the best room experience.
