excellent view, u have to ask staff to carry your luggage since it is down the cliff , breakfast is also good, cat lover paradise

Room was great but 2 levels with bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, I asked them to change our room after the first night ( I felt uncomfortable going upstairs on a ladder ) . You share your Veranda with our guests . Breakfast was delicious , service was great .

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff. It’s quite a walk from the taxi drop off to the hotel with lots of stairs, but they help carry your suitcase, which was very nice. They also helped with booking Covid tests for boarding the plane, recommending restaurants and places to see. The room was absolutely beautiful, with a little balcony with the most beautiful ocean views. Great breakfast. Very good COVID prevention measures. We’ve had an amazing stay and would love to come back! The only negative was housekeeping. It’s a bit windy most of the time, so lots of dust from the hills blows into the room if you keep the balcony door open. It seemed like house keeping kept forgetting to mop the floors, so you’d have black soles of your feet walking barefoot in the room. But we spoke to front desk and the next day the floors were clean. Again, we’ve had an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

A flawless hotel. The service is good, the breakfast is delicious, and above all, the location and view are the best.

Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

Except that the price is expensive during the tourist season, there is nothing wrong with it.

Facing the southeast, the location is the center of Oia, with unobstructed views of the sea and cliff huts, very positive! Buffet breakfast, rich and delicious. It takes many flights of stairs to get there, but contact the reception and let the beefy staff help you with your luggage!

The area in front and next to my room was like a jungle and somehow the above jacuzzi was very noise during the first night

If you’re looking for a hotel with the Santorini view, this is it. The hotel itself is beautiful. Hanging off the cliff, white, cave like. Room was spacious. There were a couple of issues with the room; shower was backing up & toilet seat kept coming off when sat on. It was disappointing for the price paid. Staff was welcoming upon arrival, then they disappear. There are several steps to get to the hotel. If you’re physically challenged in any way, this can be dangerous & difficult. Porters will carry your luggage for you, but be sure they carry not drag on the cobblestone streets as it will ruin your luggage wheels. Breakfast was ok, the view made up for it. The location of Ouia is very busy & touristy. If I did it again I would stay in Fira.

Absolute stunning. the view and the room both are amazing. Breakfast was plenty. People are super friendly and cheerful.

It has excellent views to the ocean, comfortable room and amenities, due to the end of season we got 4 upgrades in our room, got our inside jacuzzi, management is great, provided a lot of info about what to do and where to go… we are greatfull that they send somebody to to where we parked to help to carry our luggage, then we had a bottle of cava on our bed… highly recommended to couples.

I want to emphasize on the hotel manager Dania who went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. She is an angel and excellent lady. I loved to get to know her and she needs a raise because she treats the people in the Villa just like her guests at her house. I loved her personality and would like to thank her personally if she sees this Message.
