Stunning views! As usual, great Nobu dining experience. The pool and restaurant (dinner and breakfast) staff were wonderful!! Above and beyond. Front desk staff were definitely operating on island time on most things 🙃

Le camere sono un capolavoro di design minimalista e sofisticato, con colori tenui che richiamano il paesaggio naturale circostante e una vista sulla caldera che, da sola, vale il viaggio. La mia permanenza qui è stata un sogno a occhi aperti, in cui ogni momento si è trasformato in un ricordo indelebile. Il servizio è impeccabile, un mix di calda ospitalità greca e l’eleganza discreta che contraddistingue il marchio Nobu. Ogni richiesta viene soddisfatta con un sorriso e un’efficienza che ti fa sentire costantemente coccolato, senza mai essere invadente. Il personale sa anticipare i tuoi desideri e si prende cura di ogni dettaglio, rendendo il soggiorno fluido e senza pensieri. È un paradiso per chi cerca il meglio in termini di cibo, servizio e alloggio. Nobu , sinônimo de qualidade e bom atendimento, lugar com um por do sol de cinema , atendimento impecável e com pessoas que fazem toda a questão de indicar lugares da ilha ,quartos lindos , academia e o mais incrível a parte da piscina com toda a cratera a sua disposição !!!

We have just returned from our stay at Nobu and it is a superb spot to sit back and relax even in a busy Santorini August. It’s a nicely sized hotel of around 25 rooms all set around the superb pool, giving amazing caldera views all day and leading to incredible sunset views as evening comes with a cocktail by the pool. Laid back beats from a low key DJ, not loud and disturbing, just creating a lovely vibe. The staff at Nobu are lovely and super friendly and helpful, with a special call out to Francesca who was super helpful, suggested such great spots for us and even checked in with us after we had left to see how things went, this kind of endeavour really shows the highest appreciation of customer obsession. Incredible. Lovely hotel, away from the crowds, brilliant service and people.
