The location is a little off the beaten track. You have to walk a distance after getting off the bus at Oia Station, about one kilometer. Remember to contact the hotel to ask the staff to help you carry your luggage. This is its only drawback. Everything else is very good. The room is comfortable and sanitary. It is not hot at all in the cave. The service is also thoughtful. It is about half an hour's walk from the famous sunset spot of Oia Castle.

I liked the location and didn't like it at the same time. I was looking for a hotel in Oia, but in the end I chose the closest option because of the high price in Oia itself. In fact, the hotel is located far from the center of Oia, walking for about 35 minutes is quite normal at first glance, but after you walk for a long time in the city of Oia itself, this distance will seem like torture. In addition, it’s impossible to get to the most important attractions in such hot weather that you can’t take a photo. You can wait for the bus (but I had to wait 30 minutes for it). On the way back from Oia to Fira the bus does not stop at Phoenicia station, keep in mind. But on the other hand, it was nice to relax here away from people and noise. I also met local residents, we talked a little - I remember that. The room itself was very clean. The cool jacuzzi on the terrace was very welcome after long walks, but it could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good and tasty. The service was excellent. They agreed to check me in early and helped me with my suitcase. Overall, I felt better here and I recommend this hotel.
