Overall our experience here was good. The downer was we were initially placed in a room in the "basement" you had to look way up from your balcony to see some blue sky. The room was very dingy in appearance - When we complained to a staff member, possibly owner? She was an older woman- she argued with us that it was not a basement but it was ground floor level. I stated we didn't want to argue over it, but she continued to argue/insist it was not a basement. I thought that point was irrelevant because the room was not to our liking, and it didn't matter what she called it. They could not accommodate a move that night, but we were moved the next day to a lovely room on the 2nd floor, with a nice view of the pool and surroundings. The gentleman at the front desk was immensely helpful and very pleasant. He made phone calls for us and was able to translate and assist with whatever we requested. We had no other problems during our stay. The breakfast was very good and moderate variety of foods. The breakfast room was clean and well attended. The hotel location couldn't be better. It was a block away from the bus station which we used daily, and the neighbouring shops just steps away from the bus station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again, but would request a room "above ground level" prior to arrival.

Great hotel in a perfect location, but our enjoyment of the hotel was greatly enhanced by a wonderful employee named Maggi. She works serving breakfast and later at poolside bar and always greeted us with a beautiful smile and a helpful attitude. She made sure that we had what we needed and went above and beyond when I fell, bringing ice and checking to make sure that I was okay. This hotel is lucky to have such an outstanding employee!

Very nice hotel close to everything (restaurants, grocery store, terrace overlooking the ocean). Beautiful pool, friendly staff, and very comfortable room. Room was immaculately clean and nicely appointed. This hotel has an understated ‘beachy’ elegance. Very pleased with our stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent. If we were ever in Santorini again … this is where we’d stay.

Three friends stayed at this wonderful hotel! The service was amazing, room was so clean and bright! Breakfast in the mornings were plentiful, fresh and having Maggie greet you was always so lovely! The beds were super comfortable, shower was clean with lots of hot water and many clean towels. The location was good for walk to many dining and shopping options in the square! The pool was very clean and again Maggie made your afternoon especially with her Aperal Spritz! Joanna and her boutique is a lovely place to buy some nice clothing, jewlery and the Jean jackets are so unique!! Thank you so much for the amazing accommodation in Santorini!

We stayed at this lovely hotel…..very clean …..very well maintained……..the staff are fantastic. Maggie is at the bar,she is a beautiful soul……Joanna in the little gift shop, is so friendly and Yanni at the front desk was so helpful, such a lovely man ……….we had such a great stay…….it’s very close to the town centre….. all walking distance…….the pool, so clean and refreshing ……..the rooms are very clean….. I would highly recommend this Hotel……. Such a greatlocation……… breakfast was delish, lots of choices…….Super helpful staff…….would definitely come back again.

Maggie at the pool bar was the friendliest of hosts during our stay! She was so welcoming and kind. The rooms were cute and the pool was lovely and perfect temp. Outside of pool with the nice beds were easily accessed and nice for lounging in between excursions. Our Breakfast host, Bruna was super friendly as well. Breakfast was amazing!

Amazing location and wonderful staff. I was with a tour group and we were are very well taken care of. Joanne is an outstanding hostess. The pool is gorgeous with all types of seating, very shady and a pool bar. Buffet breakfast had many options and staff was polite and attentive. Only a short walk to shopping, restaurants and amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a terrible hotel we arrived and were put in a dungeon room with no natural light only a square of air above our heads on a shared balcony. When I went to ask for another room they were unwilling to help and I was met with the RUDEST manager who kept telling me to lowers my voice which is actually my normal voice. Joanna terrible lady

Very nice hotel. We came as a tour group and they treated us very well. Maggie was the friendliest server/ pool bar tender. She helped us with our "digestion" (you'll understand at the pool bar). She made us feel like family. The front desk staff was amazing with their help of finding a pharmacy & doctor for my husband when he came down with a sinus infection. The overall service was exceptional. The hotel is walking distance to the square & multiple shops. We would definitely recommend.
