Good view with two balconies. You can enjoy the sunset and the sunrise from those balconies. You can take local bus, ktel from the airport to city center . If you can walk for 20mins, you can walk, especially the cliff side walk is worth enjoying. You can enjoy cliff side view, sunset or three bells during the walk to the hotel.

It can be difficult to get around without a rental car. You have to climb a 45 degree hill. It was so hot in the summer that I almost died. I thought I could just walk by looking at Google Maps.
Compared to the general unfriendly nature of Greeks, the owner is friendly.
He kept asking if I could book a taxi for him and if it was okay.
The accommodation is small, but it feels like Santorini.
It has a sea view, but it is on the opposite side of the sea, not the village, so I was a little disappointed.

Bed and breakfast perfectly located between Oia and Fira. Room with everything you need to be comfortable and balcony which overlooks the other side of the caldera. Breakfast with Greek yogurt, egg, toast and coffee Access possible by car or taxi!

Based on the other reviews, I think your mileage here may vary depending on which room you get. I do see that others who stayed in the same rooms (small, ground level, bedroom without door, only bathroom access through the second bedroom, etc.) also left poor reviews. The lodgings we had were sub par with old and broken furniture, extremely small and uncomfortable beds, external door which barely closed, and the constant overwhelming smell of sewage really made this a less than comfortable spot. There also is no TV if you care about that, but the wifi was excellent. There’s also zero view, which is a shame. Do not be swayed by the promise of a “hot tub.” It is an inflatable affair, and is not super clean. In addition, beware, there is a camera pointing right at it. The breakfast was good, but not a huge selling point for us. We ended up here as we booked rather last minute. Honestly, I really regret that, because considering the lack of comfort, lack of sleep because of the awful beds, the really horrid smell (I still think about that smell when I remember Santorini), and just the overall vibe of the place, it really detracted from the enjoyment of our vacation. In summary: The location is excellent, but the place is more than a little gross. In addition , the price wasn’t great for what we got. The moral of this story is book early, and look harder for better options.

We stayed overnight in room 1, a bad smell came from the bathroom so much so that we were forced to keep the door closed and even today the shower curtain which, wet and unhygienic, gave off a bad smell. The breakfast that was brought to your room was terrible. Little variety in both sweet and savory dishes and sipped quantities, not a single thing more, no napkins, crepes filled to the brim. Everyone has their own tastes and everything should be given separately. Wrapped croissants that tasted like spirit. By email you book your breakfast for the next day and something completely different arrived on time. I only recommend the overnight stay due to the strategic position

Smarula Villa was the perfect location for my week-long stay in Firostefani. Located right in the little street that panoramically runs along the caldera, Smarula Villa enjoys a very convenient position for many journeys on foot, 10 minutes from Imerovigli, 10 minutes for the center of Fira, 15 to reach the central bus station of Fira from which to reach the various locations on the island. The location is also enviable for the beautiful view that can be enjoyed from the rooms, in particular having requested the double-facing one I had both a view of the Caldera and of the expanse of the island and sea, on the side opposite the Caldera. It was a wonder and a pleasure to be able to relax in the room furnished simply but with great care, also equipped with a fridge, kettle and a mini set of crockery to be able to comfortably have lunch or dinner sitting on one of the two small balconies of the larger room that I had chosen . The room is always spotless and one detail that I will take away is the delicious scent of the towels! The very pleasant freshly prepared breakfast was served in the room and the Wi-Fi connection was also excellent. Smarula Villa will remain in your heart together with the wonderful kindness and hospitality of the owners who put all their efforts into it, always available to help find solutions or provide suggestions for visiting or moving around the island and making your stay truly perfect.
