The poolside double suite was spacious and set up well. Being able to have our own pool at any time was fantastic. I wish the pool had been cleaned more often, however. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in China. Not so much the breadth of choices (which was very good), but the quality of the ingredients and food itself. Excellent! The large main pool was fun and full of activities. Also, it was nice to be so near the duty-free mall.

Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

Excellent from start to finish. The customer service and attention to detail was excellent. We went for my birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make the experience special. Thanks to Miki for your customer service and looking after us. Breakfast had lots of choice. The beach and pool areas were very nice, clean with plenty of sun loungers.

Location: It is very convenient to buy something on the path next to the Haitang Bay Comprehensive Market. It is also quite close to Atlantis Water World and Duty Free Shop. Wuzhizhou Island is not far away. There is also a night market nearby. Environment: The room environment is very clean, tidy and spacious. At this time, the price is really high. There is a super large table and sofa in the lobby downstairs to rest. Service: The service is also very good, the boss is very good, a little problem or ask something will be answered immediately. I also recommended that we go to the nearby market for breakfast, sour powder and fresh noodle soup. Also introduce what fun places to recommend.

The service of the hotel is very good. It is already early in the morning, and the younger brother is still waiting to help carry the luggage. It's a residential complex with a double villa, parking is very convenient, there are parking spaces everywhere. The front desk has upgraded the room type for free. There is a washing machine, a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a large balcony. The balcony is very convenient for drying clothes, and it is very suitable for a family trip. There is a food street on the edge of the community. It is very convenient to go out at night. It is very close to duty-free shops, Atlantis and Wuzhizhou Island by car. It will be there in a while.

The hotel was a last minute pick and more than worth it. The private beach, the enormous pool next to the beach, the gorgeous gardens, the 5 star service, the cuisines- all perfect. There’s a good enough western breakfast spread but the restaurants are better if you’re into trying something more exotic than western food too. The service was great, they’re really attentive and hands on. They’ve got more amenities than you’ll get to use in a 5 day stay and it’s close enough to Atlantis and the intercontinental so I got to try their parks and restaurants too. 10 minute ride only. Well worth it, I’d come back

Except that there is no meal or coffee and you need to order takeaway, everything else is good. The location is indeed in a village, which is a small Santorini style that is quiet and off-beat. Stayed in a thatched pool house for two nights and just checked out today. I am anxious to post a review because I received a return photo from a travel photography retreat. The travel photography service is in the hotel. The price is fair and the people are honest. I didn’t bargain. I took the photo with the intention of giving it a try. The result is original. I was very satisfied with the film when it came out! The photography teacher is very experienced and can cooperate with each other. The shooting time of only 30-40 minutes is faster and better than when I took wedding photos. Moreover, this B&B is really amazing. I will come here next time. I would probably stay here again.

Let’s talk about the location first. It’s a bit out of the way, but it’s definitely worth the price. The closest one is to the duty-free shop, which takes about ten minutes by car. It’s also about the same distance to Longhai Style Town. After placing the order, the butler will contact you and send you the location in advance, and then Personally, I like the style of the rooms better than the ones I saw online. I learned that only a small part of the rooms are shown online. There are available rooms in the off-season, so the housekeeper showed me two sets, one on the second floor and one on the first floor with a small courtyard. I personally like it better. The style of this first floor is modern and light luxury. The owner must have made custom-made furniture for the whole house. They are very attentive. There are three bedrooms in total, with bright windows and bathrooms. The bathrooms are separated from wet and dry. The kitchen is not big, but it is enough. Although we I don’t cook, but if I need to cook something, I looked at the woks and steamers and everything is available. It’s very complete. The only drawback may be that there is no supermarket in the community. You have to go out 200 meters to find one, but the housekeeper will give you a supermarket owner. Phone calls and simple supplies can be delivered to your door, which is okay. This location is very suitable for people who drive or rent a car. It is very convenient, there will be no traffic jams, and it is next to a highway intersection.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not worth it. In my 5+ years of living in China and using Trip.com, this is the first time I’ve ever written a poor review. I should start by saying that the staff are incredibly courteous, just mostly incompetent. Out of the staff, there was only Vito, who was kind and prompt with check-in and follow up. Everyone else who works there of course has a very difficult job, and while they had a few mistakes here and there, I understand that 端午节 can be a very busy time of year. In those cases, the manager Brian was very kind to try and help resolve them. However, overall the hotel has policies in place that are just unacceptable. Firstly, after checking in I was told that there would be a music festival happening right next to the hotel. So for 2 days, I had to listen to nonstop EDM through the afternoon and night. It was so bad that my room would literally vibrate with the music until midnight. If I had been warned of this ahead of time, I would have chosen another place. But instead they chose the sneaky route and did not say anything until I had already paid the deposit and was in the room. So shady. Secondly, Trip.com lists this place as having an “exclusive beach area” but there was nothing of the sort. There IS a path to the beach, but on the way there you will come across a sign that says it is in no way linked to Shangri-La. There are a small amount of beach chairs out there, but again, they say this isn’t their property so I was worried the whole time that I was intruding. In addition, it’s still quite a bit of a walk, so remember to bring all your own things (water, towel, snacks, etc) because getting back to the property will take some time. Also, the area does not permit swimming. That is of course something they cannot control, but if you are hoping to swim in the ocean, this will disappoint you. Thirdly, breakfast was a mess. I am fully aware that things are different over a holiday, but they couldn’t fit everyone in the restaurant so they had to set up an additional “breakfast area” that had about half the choices—and then shove you away in this little crowded ballroom. I learned the second day that there was a patio option with no wait, and I actually had wanted to sit outside anyway, but no one told me this was available. Even then, I had to ask for my own cutlery (they gave me a children’s set), they did not wipe down the tables, and no one paid any attention to me until I finally showed some frustration. Fourth, the place is very much geared towards families. This place has the most “children-friendly” resources out of every Sanya hotel I’ve stayed in, and if you are a parent this is of course great. However, if you are looking for a quiet retreat, I recommend you look somewhere far far away. For my entire stay, I had to deal with screaming kids and their louder-screaming parents (two families got in a screaming match at the pool, and no one did anything except stare). It is definitely something to be aware of when planning your stay. Honestly, I wanted to spend as little time at the property as possible. It was just too frustrating, too loud, too disorganized, and a waste of my money. This place is taking advantage of the name “Shangri-La” to overcharge you.
