Pet-friendly Hotels in Sanya

I booked the hotel for my 3 days holiday. I would say this was a memorable experience for me at MGM. It has a great location at Yalong Bay, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor of the hotel looks like a waterworld park, with a lot of swimming & sunbathing places, and even a small water playground for kids. I enjoyed the surf experience in the hotel. Room was very clean, and tidy, and up to standard. We were staying in the lagoon room, with a swimming pool in the front. The pool water was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese foods. Staff were super nice and really helpful especially Jelly Shen, who ensured a smooth transition of our room. She provided the flexibility and arranged different outdoor activities for us since we are not good in mandarin, and also provided sightseeing advices within the area. In these 3 days, she was more like a friend of us, provided exceptional support for our need. This was one of our best travel experience we had ever. I would highly recommended to stay here for those who like water activities or with kids.

Hotel service is extremely good. Not only are the staff efficient and polite, but the food is also delicious with good variety. In addition, the rooms are very clean! I would like to personally thank Chloe 鄺紫妍 from Sunset Bar for her amazing service and friendliness towards us during our stay. She had made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to meet her again during our next stay at Mandarin Oriental!

The hotel is definitely great as the location is quite ideal and its proximity to popular tourist activities like aquaventure water park, several nature parks makes it quite convenient. The rooms are quite huge and as a family we had a great space to stay. The hotel has a variety of meals to choose from and is served quite promptly. Many staff are quite responsible and helpful in navigating the hotel and under its procedures. There was a delay a little bit when we requested for extra soap but this I believe may have been just one case. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Sanya and would like to enjoy and explore what Haitiang bay.

Actually I was trying to cancel the booking 3days before our trip, just because the beach in Haitang bay is not appropriate to swim (too dangerous). However by lucky they “refused” my cancel application while upgraded my order to the 180 angle ocean view room! This finally gave us a chance to experience a tremendous journey at Rosewood. Fantastic view, great facilities, wonderful services (reception, concierge, bartender, restaurant waitress, housekeepers etc). We really enjoyed everything during our stay, esp the celebration of our 9th anniversary! See you around Rosewood Sanya.

Good location, a couple of minutes to the beach, but it's very noise with the traffic and people doing activities using loud speakers all day. The man in charge is nice and solves any issue you might have quickly. Close to many bars and restaurants, gets quiet during the night, maybe because of the off season period I went, but an excellent place to stay during your Sanya trip. Room it's big and comfortable, clean and convenient, no complains.

This place is a hidden gem! Check-in only took a few minutes and a doorman carried our luggage for us. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is also a bit farther away from the hustle and bustle on the main beach. Even though we are vegeterians, we had so many options to choose from for breakfast. They had a wide variety of dishes. They have a large, clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kejian. I stayed during the Spring Festival and this location is vibrant with life especially at night. The hotel is close to Yalong Bay and the outlets. You can choose to eat food at the many local restaurants down the road from the hotel or eat at the many stalls at night market. If you need a few necessities or other toiletries, there are stores just a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel is artsy and has a unique design. It was quite clean. My room was overlooking the pool. They cleaned the pool a few times while I was there. The breakfast is simple and satisfactory. It is Chinese and it is mostly vegetarian which is an ”A ”plus for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited, but we spoke through translators. The guy at the desk was patient and even helped me add the address in Chinese into my phone for food delivery. I will say be expected to hear music next door at night. It is some kind of restaurant/bar, but it stops around 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. I definitely recommend this place for solo travellers, couples, and even families. They even allow pets too. I definitely want to come back to this place when I visit Sanya again. Thanks for being so welcoming and making my first time in Sanya memorable.

It is very close to Dadonghai. It is convenient for traveling and eating. The accommodation environment, facilities, sanitation and services are all in good condition. The room can see the sea. It is worth recommending and will come again.

I compared many hotels before and after, and finally chose this one. I went to Sanya with an uneasy feeling. Unexpectedly, it gave me a big surprise. It was clean and tidy, and the service was in place. After drinking the mineral water, I gave the front desk a call. It was delivered quickly, very considerate Hygiene: very good Service: Exceptional

The room environment is very good. You can see the sea as soon as you open the curtains. The decoration of the room is also very beautiful, which makes people's eyes shine. The room facilities are also very complete. It is equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen. It is a great stay.
