儘管房間的設施略顯老舊，但是仍然保養的不錯，面積也非常寬敞。特別是文華東方鄰海及椰林環境非常不錯，適合於度假、親子活動，也適合旅拍。

三亞來了多次，攜程上的金鑽鉑鑽酒店大多住過，這次入住文華酒店給了我意外的驚喜，酒店房間設施儘管不新，但總體維護得較好，床品也還舒適。酒店外環境及酒店服務太讚了，餐食也十分美味，尤其是平安夜酒店的套餐更是令人印象深刻，極致浪漫！
