第一次來三亞旅遊，帶父母入住，感謝文華的賓客關係經理景冉kiki提前聯繫，幫忙贈送一份早餐加延遲退房，滿足了兩個核心需求。酒店入住期間貝殼項鍊小松鼠這種沒提及也沒收到，不知道是不是需要問前台，不過主要是體驗公區和浮潛，文華還是不錯的選擇，住了幾個灣區大東海這的海是最平靜的，推薦入住。

度蜜月本來計劃在三亞衹住三晚，結果臨近日期感覺根本不想走，果斷退了機票又續住了兩晚。酒店服務很到位，小管家Gaby很貼心，提前問我們幾點到酒店，知道我們度蜜月還給房間特別佈置，入住期間主動幫我們預約各種活動。酒店公區很美，出房門幾步就到海邊了，在椰子樹下吹海風簡直不要太愜意，另外説一下海邊自助真的超有氛圍感！
