Good place and clean. The pick up of car is very slow. The swimming pool is very good.

I had several issues with my stay at the hotel, including room break-ins. I've stayed at the Mercure several times but this last one surprised me because of the problems.

Well located, good accommodation and good service. Very dark corridors.

Excellent and prime location

Hotel fraco pelo que oferece. Localizacao regular. Instalações bem deterioradas, cortinas rasgadas. Travesseiros velhos com mofo, chuveiro com regulagem ruim, etc. Check in lento e demorado, já tinha ficado no hotel e não tinham QQ dado, teve que refazer tudo de novo. Bem fraco.

Hotel muito confortável bem localizado

This hotel is one single example of incompentence from beginning to end. I booked their most expensive room category. There was 1 singel towel in the room for 2 people. Not a single drinking glass/cup or similar was provided. But I did have all the black hair from the guest before me in the shower. I booked a room for 2 people, breakfast included. In the morning there was only breakfast for one and the old lady at the buffet insisted that we would pay for another breakfast ( I would have paid for 3 then). After I refused and told her, it was paid for already, she accused me of wanting to steal a breakfast from the hotel. Most disappointing was, that none of the unmotivated and totally incompetent hotel staff felt the need to apologize even once. I moved out that same day, even though I paid for 4 days.

Service and accommodation are excellent. Super well located. With good gym, newly renovated floors. I've been staying here for a long time and whenever I come to São Paulo I choose the Mercure, as there is also the benefit of loyalty points.

The hotel in general is good, comfortable and good-sized room, but a 4-star hotel that still charges the breakfast left a lot to be desired, few savory options and mainly cakes and sweets

It was excellent, good breakfast, large and clean room, attentive staff, great location, very familiar atmosphere. Everyone from my family liked it a lot, especially because it's close to the Ibirapuera mall
