ホテルレセプションのニックさんの接客対応が素晴らしかった。
また是非サンパウロに足を運んでみたく🌷ロケーションも治安が良い地域であり、知人宅やレストランにお邪魔する上でも、便利でした。28階にある朝食ブッフェの内容も非常に充実、景色も最高だった。

A nossa experiência no Tivoli Mofarrej foi espetacular. Equipe excelente!! Meu filho tem alergia a proteína do leite (caseína) e a Elisabete criou um cardápio específico pra ele, inclusive com itens veganos. Ele agora quer tirar mais férias em SP no tivoli. Equipe atenciosa, solícita e muito educada. O room service também, perfeito!! Fazia receitas que ele era habituado em casa, do modo que eu orientava. Enfim, experiência espetacular!!
