Comfortable bed.
Excellent reception.

Room size and bathroom excellent.

Good price.
Parking price could be improved for guests. I thought R$40.00 per day for a vehicle was expensive. I believe that R$25.00 for guests is a fair price.
Problems:
Dirty balcony, metal parts dirty with black SP dust, Cobwebs with spiders as toast.
Extremely uncomfortable chair, but very uncomfortable indeed.
Table shakes a lot. It's horrible digital on the cantilever table.
Lighting near the table could be white light and suitable for the work, at least one spot on the ceiling or close to the work table lighting is suitable for the work.
All in all, success. I would definitely come back.
