I bought a promise (experience) and it was delivered totally another.
We are very dissatisfied with what happened...at the time of check-in, we were informed that the Valentine's Day dinner had changed and that ONLY THOSE WHO PURCHASED THE DINNER PACKAGE (R$ 3,500) could have dinner at the restaurants.
Not only were we disappointed, so were several couples.
This was TOTALLY discriminatory actually....we could sue them for that reason.
The couples were all forced (including us) to have dinner inside the room...it was super boring and embarrassing.
This is entirely outside of consumer code. We will be forced to buy dinner at that price or you cannot eat inside the restaurant. AN ABSURD.
