There are 2 queen size beds good for a family of 4. The room is considered spacious for us and toilet space is big with bath tub. There is coffee machine, tea bags and drinking water provided. The Sapporo Factory is just across the hotel with many food options and there is a Seria 100-yen shop.

Excellent service. New luxurious decorations. Laundry is costly. Supermarket is nearby.

The front desk agents speak really good English, which are big plus in Japan. Location is unbeatable! And the food are modern and well maintained. No complaint for a hotel in the city centre.

The staff here are fluent in English which is such a rare find in Japan. We loved the interior decor and vibes of the hotel lobby and our room. Location is alright (walkable to Odori park, Sapporo clock tower & other attractions in that area in around 20-25 minutes). Room size was comfortable as well.

We got 2 rooms this time. It was disappointing that both rooms' ACs were not working. The hotel put 2 fans in the room for us. But these fans did not bring the temperature down and made a loud noise.

We were very surprised the air conditioning was broken when we checked in as this hotel was just opened last year. The room still has the paint smell which we highly suggest the hotel to do something about it.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and hotel kindly helped me to surprise my girlfriend. Nice room with cozy feeling as well as spacious and clean. Would definitely come back to visit next time. Thank you very much team. :)

The hotel is very new, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service staff are very professional and enthusiastic! Bath salts are provided for bathing, and there are even waterproof Bluetooth speakers in the room. This location is not so convenient for going out, but there are large supermarkets and montbell, Arc'teryx, tnf and snowpeak opposite There are not many breakfast options, but the taste is OK

Very close to Sapporo Station, the taxi fare is the starting price at Daimaru. The hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere, with ********* employees. The deposit was waived because my companion didn't bring enough cash. The attitude is very good. Basically, you can call the front desk to get a taxi and they will help you get one right away. On the last day, we chartered a car and it snowed. The staff at the door also helped the chartered car to remove the snow. It was so considerate. Facilities: The bed is too short, and I am not used to the bedding. I don't feel very comfortable. Of course, in general, both the environment and the service attitude are worth recommending, and the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high.

The hotel opened in January 2024. The facilities are very new. The interior design of the hotel is fashionable and boutique. No matter the decoration of the lobby or every detail in the room, every detail is meticulous. Even the combs and toothbrushes in the bathroom are made of wood, which is a great surprise. The hotel's breakfast is also of a high standard and tastes good. The chefs and waiters are very dedicated to serving. Another surprise is that there is a waiter who can speak Cantonese, and the communication is very cordial. Highly recommended!
