The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping malls downstairs, and the environment of the hotel is very comfortable and clean.

The hostel hasnt any Windows in the Commonwealth room and the womens dormitory. But I really liked the privacy of the capsule and the staff there (friendly and helpful). I would come again :)

The place is clean, and comfortable. Our family of 6 stay in a room with bunk beds. our luggage was left outside in the central area safely. There are a few lounge areas for travellers to gather for drinks and chit-chatting.

They rent out the common area for event, and reject you even just stay in the common area after check out at 10 am, it's nonsense. You rent out from 9am - 10pm to earn more money, and caused inconvenience to the guest, it's only 10am in the morning, you are not allowed to stay. The noice of the event wake you up also. It's your problem to rent out, not the guest problem! Place it’s near susukino street

I was planning to participate in a two-day event in Sapporo, and although it was not too far to drive home after the event, I checked a comparison site and found that it might be better to stay there, considering that I would have to drive home after the event and leave home early the next morning. Since parking in the city is expensive, I parked my car in a paid parking lot in the suburbs where I could stay for multiple nights, took public transportation to the event, ate in Susukino at night, and checked in after 11:00 p.m. The front desk staff was kind, and the women's floor had a system where you could open the door by entering a number. The shower room, toilet, and washroom were also clean. The only private space was the bed, but the bed was fluffy and there were plenty of outlets, which was great. There was a little footstep sound of people walking outside the curtains, but it didn't bother me. Considering the convenience and price, I think it was perfect. One bath towel was available for free. There was a drawer with a PIN code under the bed, and I was able to store a large travel bag. There was also a safe above my head where I could store small items. Check-out was by QR code. This was my first time staying at a place with this kind of system, so I can't compare it to other places, but it was comfortable. There was only one curtain separating the rooms, so it was a little tense, but being on a women's only floor gave me a sense of security. I'd like to stay here again.

This was my third time using it! No matter when you come, it will be clean and safe! I feel that the staff's language is always polite and nice.

You can secure an independent space because you have a private room. 5 minutes from downtown Susukino. It is 8 minutes away from Odori Park, making it ideal for shopping and sightseeing. I'm going to rest in peace. thank you

The location is very good, just 2 minutes walk from Susukino station. Since the price was 2,000 yen per night, I honestly thought it would be okay to sleep in, but in addition to a complete shower set including towels, there was also a safe large enough to fit a bag at the feet and a bedside area. There was a safe large enough to store computers and electronic devices, so security was perfect. I think the interior is stylish and nice, but if I had to say, it's built with a lot of simple plywood and there's almost no soundproofing, so you can hear snoring, the sound of doors closing, the sound of people talking on the phone, and the sound of going up the stairs (the two above and below). (It has a tiered structure) was starting to sound boring, and even though I was taking sleeping pills, I was woken up many times, so I thought that if you are a light sleeper, you are bound to suffer from a lack of sleep. However, the quality is really great for 2000 yen. If I have a chance to come to Sapporo, I will stop by again.

The location is good, close to the airport limousine bus stop. Compared to other hostels, the beds are solid and easy to sleep in. I appreciate that slippers and towels are free. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy with your smartphone.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the location, but it was nice to be able to find it easily. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor and in front of the building at f45. It says and there is a tokyu rei hotel across from it. The facilities were clean and I was satisfied with everything including the bathroom. I thought it would be inconvenient to enter or leave the room because the QR code did not work. There was no inconvenience because I was able to check in and out manually through Counter Air. I would like to stay again at a cheaper price next time. I hope you are doing well.
