Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

Had a two night stay in this hotel in December 2022. The hotel was easy to find just next to the main Sapporo station, not too far from the Diamaru department store. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Check in was done efficiently. The room wasn’t very big, but a bit bigger than other Japanese inner city hotels I have visited. It was a cold cold day in Sapporo, and the hotel room was v warm- which was great! There was a free breakfast included, which mostly consisted of bread, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, various juices, and tea/ coffee. It was more than adequate and the environment was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others too.

This’s my first capsule hotel so everything was new to me. You literally get a bed with small locker at the top and big locker under bed. When u check in, u get a pair of slippers and a towel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the common area has six sinks and it was not crowded at all. There are washers n dryers which were super convenient. There’s a hugh common area but I never saw anyone sitting there. People were quiet and respected the space. However there was one American lady who was on the phone n everyone could hear every word she said. Finally, after an hr, I asked her to be quiet n she immediately cut the talk. I enjoyed my stay. For US$49 for three nights at the heart of Sapporo, there’s no better deal.

Susukino
It is a fashionable cafe on the first floor, and the breakfast venue is small for the number of rooms, so the waiting time is long. It is an area close to Susukino but not noisy, and it is enough to take 20 minutes to Sapporo Station and train transfer. It is surprising that there is a large bath in such a fashionable hotel, but it is glad that it can relax in a large bath after drinking. Unfortunately, the curtains were not shading in the room facing east, but the room was brightened by Asahi before 6 o'clock, and I couldn't sleep. After drinking, it is not suitable for the group who wants to sleep until the end of check-out.
