4-star hotel in Sarajevo. It is located in the middle of the city between the old town and the mall area in Sarajevo, close to the city's most amazing attractions. The hotel breakfast is poor, not good, not commensurate with the name of the hotel and the value paid. The amount paid is not equal to the luxury and services provided.

The price is about RMB 1,400 per night, which is a bit expensive, but the service is good. The restaurant's breakfast and lunch are good, especially the salmon and veal for lunch, which are up to Michelin standards. The surrounding area is the Latin Bridge and other attractions.

Chinese tourists don't need to make reservations, there are more conveniently located hotels everywhere in the old city!

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the old town. When the weather is hot, you will be sunburned if you come back in the afternoon. It is recommended to take the bus back. The hotel room is okay. There is no freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, but the fried vegetables are good, which is satisfactory. I don’t know why we were not charged for parking, but it is a bit difficult to find a parking lot. That is, because the entrance of the hotel is a one-way street, you have to take a detour. I drove to the wrong parking entrance, and then I couldn’t get out or get out. Finally, I asked the hotel waiter to find someone to release the car with me. Therefore, you must ask very clearly when parking. If you can’t do it, turn right from the hotel entrance and walk a few steps to see the parking location and then drive to park.

The worst thing about this hotel is the front desk service. Maybe because the front desk staff had to hand over the next day or because the hotel gave him authority, he was unwilling to help you extend the room for one more day without changing the room. He just kept saying that I had to come to the front desk again the next day to say that I would not change the room. I went to the front desk three times before the problem was solved. I would say that I have never encountered such troubles not only in China, but also in other countries I have visited. A friend in another room said that he suspected that someone had entered the room and closed the cabinet door when he was out at night. There was no time evidence of this. I can only ask other friends who stayed in the hotel to lock up their valuables when they go out, and to carry money and documents with them.
