We have booked via MakeMyTrip and we have been shown Valley view room but while we checked in Receptionist gave us room with no view & said this is our standard room. Worst experience. Even after talking to Savitri and Manager Mr. Bhilare, no solution we received but they were more adamant while talking. We are staying here from 27th to 30th December and we checked in. No Towels in room, no doormats. No cupboard and in one room even TV is not working.

Very Remote and Isolate Location. They take undue advantage of this. Resort is not what you seen in photos. They loot us by charging 150 Rs. of Buttermilk and even no lunch and dinner buffet. They cheating us by charging exorbitant high price as you can't go near by. Rediculos.
