Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

This is my worst hotel experience. I have stayed in many hotels, from express hotels to five-star hotels at home and abroad. I am also considered the most loyal user of Ctrip. I trust Ctrip and book with Ctrip everywhere I go. I went to Chicago for a meeting. My order fee was much more expensive than that of my friends who were attending the meeting together.
