Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert freundlich, sauber, gute Lage hervorragendes Essen, schöne Zimmer immer wieder eine Reise wert. Die Wassertemperatur im Außenbereich war sehr angenehm. Der Innenbereich sehr sauber schöne Liegen großer Ruheraum mit schönen Liegen alles sehr herzlich.

Wir waren bereits das dritte mal im Schenna Resort. Diesmal im Haus Mitterplatt in den Neuen Suiten. Es lief noch nicht ganz alles perfekt, aber man hat sich um Korrektur bemüht. Das Abend Essen und das Morgen Buffet waren sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Verpflegung: sehr gut Zimmer: sehr sauber Rezeption: sehr freundlich Famiilienschwimmbad: in keinem guten Zustand (Saunabereich nur auf Anfrage- leider hat das nur selten funktioniert; Infrarotsauna und Ruhebereich sind nicht mehr vorhanden; die Rutsche ist nur sehr sporadisch angeschaltet; der Whirlpool ist reparaturbedürftig, die obere Düsenreihe fehlt komplett, vom Mosaik sind viele Steine lose, im Becken selbst liegt entsprechend Sand und Reste vom Mosaik Leihfahrräder: einmal ausgeliehen, nach einem Kilometer Luft komplett aus dem Vorderrad- nicht zu empfehlen Fazit: Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal im Hotel, leider ist die familiäre Atmosphäre nicht mehr vorhanden, trotz Einschränkungen im Familienbad wird keine Ermäßigung angeboten

Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal im Hotel und eigentlich war mein Motto immer, dass ich nie ein 2. Mal in ein Hotel gehe, da die Welt einfach zu groß ist, aber das Schenna Resort hat mich einfach nur überzeugt. Ich arbeite seit über 30 Jahren in der Reisebranchen und habe schon viele Hotels sehen dürfen, aber das Schenna Resort ist absolut der Hammer. Hier geht der Inhaber am Abend noch selbst von Tisch zu Tisch und spricht mit den Gästen. Er nimmt sogar noch Teller in die Hand und räumt ab. Es ist einfach nur toll. Das Essen ist unglaublich toll. Jeder Abend hat ein Thema und es gibt ein super 5 Gänge Menü mit Teilen vom Buffet. Frühstück auf der Terrasse macht einfach Spaß. Die Zimmer sind toll mit Ausblick und die Hausdamen sind super nett und machen einen tollen Job. Zum Geburtstag gab es ein großes Herz auf dem Bett. Einfach eine süße Geste.

Great price quality. Services and atmosfeer are what one expects. A charming hotel by and for family. The authentic experience is what it sets apart from mainstream chain hotels. The breakfast made from local products is something people come back for.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in agosto, una famiglia con bimba di 2 anni, e francamente non è mai mancata alcuna accortezza né riusciamo a trovare un reale difetto da poter segnalare. La hall scenografica fa da premessa ad una struttura imponente e ricca di ogni servizio, alcuni a pagamento Ma comunque presenti, come l'affitto delle bici elettriche. La camera è spaziosa ed estremamente confortevole, la sola piccola pecca è che la luce del bagno non viene filtrata in camera a causa di una parete che è anche vetro della doccia, ma è un particolare assolutamente trascurabile. Il letto matrimoniale non è dei più comodi provati, ma la pulizia è estrema. Il servizio clienti è super efficiente in ogni aspetto, pieno di accortezze e di gentilezza. Uno dei sicuri punti di forza e la ristorazione, E lo staff di Sala, Sempre sorridente e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, anche quelle non espresse. La terrazza del ristorante gode di una vista che da sola vale la vacanza. Ci sono anche le foto la piscina per bambini è in fase di ampliamento, Ma già così è sufficiente per il divertimento dei più piccoli. Ci sono anche giochi per tutti i gusti sia all'interno, sia all'esterno. La Spa è piccola e funzionale, anch'essa bella e gradevole Davvero eccellente

Schon 11 Mal konnten wir die Ferien im Schenna Resort geniessen. Eine absolut sichere "Bank" ! Nichts einzuwenden; weder an Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Gaumenschmaus. Auch die Lage ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft.

This was our second year in a row going to the Schenna resort. The location is very nice with a good view. Staff of the hotel in every part of the hotel is very friendly. We had the vinea suite which is very good equiped with comfortable beds and are cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. They have their own winery of which you buy wine in the hotel after your stay and also during dinner. The restaurant is very good with delecious food and a good variety of choices. One of the owners of the hotel does his round every day in the restaurant to greet all the guests and do some small talk which is a nice gesture to see he is really busy with his guests. Do keep in mind that German and Italian is the primary language, they do their best to speak English but this doensn''t always work out great...
