The first time to give a hotel a direct negative review! The service of this small hotel is very poor. They gave me a room close to the loud old elevator. I communicated with the front desk to change the room, and they started saying that there is no room. Can I ask for extra money? The front desk said that you can change the room by adding 20.10 euros. I sat on the sofa at the front desk of the hotel and asked Ctrip to help communicate, and I lied that there is no room (Ctrip's service is very good and timely), this is not a 20 euro thing, too bad Be honest! When checking in, the front desk took the initiative to sell the morning shuttle bus (not free), the price is the same as a taxi, I also swiped the card directly to her, and there is a payment voucher! I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner in the room, and she said no, no! I took a shower at night. Although the outdoor temperature was 22 degrees, it was still very hot inside. After half an hour in the cool at 22:30-23:00 in the middle of the night, the air conditioner was turned on after negotiation! This is the case with a small private hotel, try to make as much money as possible and save as much as possible. I will not consider staying in this hotel in the future, even if the urban area is a little farther from the airport, it will affect my mood!
