The room was big& comfortable. There was a microwave& Keurig inside the room. No drinking water inside the room unless you ask for it. It was located in what seems like a quieter area, but still not too far from Pike Place Market & Space Needle

It is a nice hotel with nice view and friendly service. There is complementary coffee every morning. Room is clean. The massage pool near the swimming pool is a nice surprise. I recommend it!

To be honest,it’s very very very bad. We arrive at 1:00AM,but they told us full house,change it for us into another hotel without my agreement,even I do prepaid. Do not order this hotel!!!!!!!

One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.

Nice location with great service

It’s a good hotel in Seattle.

Came here for a convention and the walking distance was great. Plenty of restaurants around that you can walk to as well. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. They also have rolling carts for your luggage (not every hotel has them apparently). If you are wondering how to check in, you can stop up front real quick and then park. It took us a couple rounds around the block to figure out where to pull in at but that’s to be expected in a city with lots of buildings and parking. The parking is rough for a large SUV but we managed! Absolutely recommend! Worth every penny.

I had a comfortable 2-night stay in a good location and clean accommodation. I think I saved a lot on transportation costs because the surrounding facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The gym was not bad either.

The hotel service is very poor. The room was only cleaned once for four consecutive nights, and it depends on the tip. I called the front desk and they said the cleaner forgot to clean. I paid the room fee on Ctrip, but I was asked to authorize the deduction at the hotel front desk. If I didn't check out the room fee after leaving the hotel, it would be a second charge. Thanks to Ctrip for handling it in time. The hotel's breakfast is terrible, the same every day, all pre-made food!
