訂了這家店算最好的豪華雙人間，房間臟的一塌糊塗，淋浴房一大坨頭髮，明顯根本沒有清潔，浴室拖鞋像垃圾一樣銩在一邊，浴室拉架筒是倒翻的，房間裏的沙發亂放，就像放進了倉庫。體驗最差的酒店！

一般吧，高海拔地區環境就那樣，坑就坑在晚上9:00後沒有供養了，問前台説的是用的人太多了，國慶節走哪裡都是這樣

房間很大，但是衞生你沒有退房之前你住幾天他都沒人管理，第二電視機有問題，從下午4:00給他講，然後到第2天退房都沒人來管理。酒店管理和服務上總體還是跟不上。然後就是酒店周邊的早餐。難吃還很貴。👍建議不住色達縣，直接趕到甘孜縣。
