The place is beautiful, everything a little old and some damage to the room and pool. The problem with the service was mainly related to the lack of food and drink. There were no eggs, no rice, no coffee, no juice, no cold water. Apart from that, the service guys are friendly and help you with everything.

Just perfect!   Jaume, the owner of the hotel, was super nice and friendly!    From the first moment we feel like at home.  The suites Lombok  is a cozy hotel in sekotong, amazing place to relax for couple of days in Lombok.  Our room was great!  We had a super comfortable king size room, the huge bathroom was totally clean and spacious with 1 shower and everything we need (towels, shower cap, dental kit...)   The decoration of the hotel was Balinese  style.  I couldn't stop taking photos of every corner!  lovely place   The pool was great, infinity pool with seaview (Gili Kedis, Nanggu amd Sudak) we have been flying our drone, such amazing pictures we have!   The restaurant offered a delicious  breakfast,  amazing! Fresh fruits,  muesli, yogurt, honey, coffee or tea with cream, water...   The entire staff was superfriendly, especially Indda. She is very nice!   Thank you very much for the hospitality!  It was a short but intense stay :) We will be back for sure!

I would like to use it again next time. The pillow quality was great. The staff were friendly and the service was fine. There is no problem with the meal.

The small cottages on the beach with direct views on the sea are incredible. The staff is at the listening and very nice and they offer several activities including snorkeling on the islands next door. Breakfast and resto are also recommended. But if you like me, you want to live an unforgettable experience the real positive side of Krisna is the proximity to Diving Centre Blow Bubbles Divers you can't miss.

Location: From the airport 1 hour - 1 hour and a half hours on the mountain, you can Grab yourself, or let the hotel arrange a transfer. Environment: Super beautiful resort, the hotel is especially beautiful, the pool is very good. The room is large, the design is very warm, the bed is very comfortable, especially the design of the balcony, the view and leisure. Service: Very, very good, very welcoming, responsive. In the evening, I accidentally locked the locker room door, and immediately there were employees coming to help. Meals: The breakfast is very good and the lunch is OK. Dinner is by the sea, listening to the waves blowing the sea breeze, eating something different from the day, and the dessert is also delicious. After eating, you can sit on the beach rocking chair and feel the quiet world of two people. Private beach: the water is very mixed, you can't snorkel, you can walk along the beach. Hygiene: The only thing missing here is the stain on the quilt and the bathrobe. Call the front desk and come over and change. WIFI: Very stable. PS: There is no service phone marked on the phone.
