E' il posto che ciascuno definirebbe "da sogno", dove ogni cosa che cerchi dal wellness al comfort delle camere alla qualità della cucina è perfetta. La posizione invidiale, al centro di un panorama tra le cime più belle dell'arco dolomitico (Sassolungo, Sassopiatto, Sella, Cir), la tranquillità della location che è al margine dell'ingresso di Selva Gardena e non risente del traffico anche nei giorni più popolati, il grande spazio interno ed esterno, offrono un soggiorno d'incanto. Il mondo acque è meraviglioso: piscina interna, lago esterno (entrambi riscaldati), con filodiffusione sott'acqua nella esterna; idromassaggi e giochi d'acqua ovunque, anche negli spazi più intimi ed isolati del giardino, per godere di relax vero. La SPA è moderna, pulitissima e ricca di possibilità: saune a diversa gradazione, 2 bagni turchi, sala relax con materassi ad acqua, zona tisaneria. Valore aggiunto: la gentilezza dello staff. Camere di diversa tipologia da consultare sul sito prima di scegliere: da quelle a bordo acqua per un accesso diretto al lago esterno a quelle in alto con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Nelle camere non manca nulla ed i servizi sono di elevato comfort. Le pulizie sono perfette e rapide; il personale ripassa alla sera intorno all'orario di cena per il riassetto della stanza prima della notte. Garage ampio e protetto (ottimo per la stagione invernale). Il menu della colazione e della cena (inclusa la carta vini) è ampissimo. Qualità ed estetica (mis en place delle portate) sono di alta qualità. L'albergo ospita anche un ristorante stellato Gourmet a fianco a quello principale che vale la pena sfruttare almeno per una serata. Intrattenimento serale con pianobar. Il servizio bar è eccellente, con personale disponibile ad accontentare il cliente. Per le attività in esterna c'è un'ampia organizzazione e varietà di scelta. Quest'anno siamo capitati con la nevicata di settembre e quindi l'atmosfera è stata ancora più bella. Nonostante le fredda temperatura il riscaldamento delle acque e il tepore della SPA ci ha permesso di sfruttare tutto, inclusa la Beauty Farm per massaggi e trattamenti personalizzati. PERFETTO !!!

ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in Wolkenstein in Gröden, Dolomiten. Wir waren in Zimmer 331 untergebracht, alles war perfekt. Ich habe nichts hinzuzufügen, außer allen zu danken, angefangen beim Restaurantpersonal, (besonders Shukri, der sehr, sehr nett zu uns war und vielen Dank für das Dessertrezept),danke das Barpersonal und das Zimmermädchen auf den Etagen für die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Ich danke Ihnen allen und hoffe, Sie beim nächsten Mal zu sehen. Mit Respekt Herr Pochwein

Despite a few imperfections (the cocktails were overpriced, lol), this was a special place to stop for a few days. The pool is SO MUCH FUN. I also really enjoyed the gym. It was big, lovely to be in, and well stocked. We had dinner in both restaurants and actually enjoyed the simpler one more. It had a KILLER salad bar, easily my favorite meal of a week+ trip. Breakfasts are delicious, too. No regrets!

From the outside this resort seems to be simple but on the inside the rooms are large and modern, spa services are superb and sauna/steamroom choices are great. Walking distance from town. Also HIGHLY recommend the Alpenroyal Gourmet Restaurant. It’s amazing.

Vacanze da non dimenticare… Volevo ringraziare tutti personale del albergo per questa vacanza spettacolare. Ringrazio il maitre Momo, e specialmente il nostro Shukri, che veramente molto bravo, garbato, proffesionale, pazinete e soprattutto era molto attento in ogni cosa, cosa ci piace e cosa non ci piace. Vacanza Sorprendente! Ho alloggiato con le mie due figlie per una settimana scarsa e siamo stati benissimo. Il resort è alle porte di Selva (5 min a piedi) in posizione riservata e con vista sulle principali cime dei dintorni. Gli ampi spazi a disposizione all'aperto permettono di godere appieno dell'atmosfera delle Dolomiti. Tutto e soprattutto tutti, dallo staff della reception, alle camere, alle piscine, alla palestra e spa, al personale di sala permette di sentirsi sempre coccolati e assistiti con discrezione e riservatezza. I ristoranti sono due, uno con una stella Michelin (ahimé non provato) e Le Stuben dove abbiamo regolarmente cenato. Come ho avuto modo di dire anche ad alcuni miei amici, era da molto tempo che non avevo una esperienza culinaria così soddisfacente e di livello dall'antipasto al dolce. Complimenti! Ringrazio in particolar modo Hannes Prinoth, il cordialissimo staff della reception, il maître e il caposala Ivan sempre professionale e caloroso sia con me sia con le mie ragazze. Grazie!

This is a very pleasant hotel. It does not have quite the same levels of luxury the other five star hotels in the Alps have, hence my rating / but perhaps is also a little cheaper. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Eg, when I lost my phone, they spent a good amount of time actively looking for it. The outside pool is heated well and fun. Live piano music in the bar every evening was fabulous. The adult only spa is very nice, but only open from 4 pm until 8 pm - this is a short time window compared to many other Alpine spa hotels. Breakfast is very good, but not the best I’ve had in the region. The pastries and cakes do not seem to be home-made. The selection is good but not as a enormous as I have seen in others. Eggs are cooked to order, but poached egg is €6 extra! I have never seen that in a five star hotel - I think they would be better not to offer it at all than charge for it. Other minor niggles: the key activates power to the room including the sockets, so you cannot leave computer et cetera, charging when you go out. And the WiFi transmitters are in the hall not the rooms meaning WiFi is weak in the rooms. No powers sockets next to the bed (or there is but the bedside lamp uses it).
