Great hotel, we stayed here for 6 nights in October 2024. Lovely, helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the waiting staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean and the lovely cleaner on floor 2 was always smiling and friendly. The free cycle hire is a great bonus to get around this beautiful area. Sennagalia is a beautiful historical town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. A great market to browse round on a Thursday. Short train the to the lovely city on Ancona. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back .

From the minute, I arrived it was an amazing experience. Staff couldn’t do more for you the quaintness and beauty of the hotel. The location is perfect. The dining room staff was amazing. The food even better loved every minute that I stayed there walked across the street and on the beach location is perfect for restaurants and walking Into city. Center Will be returning next year🇮🇹💕

Soggiorno di 3 giorni , su 3 giorni mi hanno cambiato il parcheggio 2 volte ,pagandolo 10 euro al giorno, arrecando scuse più disparate. Servizio e pulizia nella norma ...ristorazione lacunosa , con piatti freddi e alcune portate insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Nel complesso non ci tornerei.

Hotel fronte mare...posizione splendida. Dispone di un lido privato con ampio spazio tra gli ombrelloni! Parcheggio per auto privato a pagamento (10 euro giornalieri). Camere pulite e con giuste dimensione....bel balconcino panoramico. Colazione ricca sia dolce che salata.

Personale molto accogliente. Camera pulita. Bagno super. Colazione dolce e salata e cosa molto importante con frutta di stagione matura. Letti comodi. Biancheria nuova e pulita. Gli animali pagano un surplus, ma ci sembra corretto visto che poi la stanza va disinfettata con maggiore cura.

Appena sono arrivato all'hotel, da fuori e dalla reception ho pensato:"Dove siamo andati a finire, speriamo bene" oltre l' enorme gentilezza di tutto il personale quando sono entrato in camera mi sono ricreduto, stanza carina bagno grandissimo e molto bello e nuovo, unica pecca non c'era un armadio ed essendo in 3 le cose ci stavano a malapena, anzi qualcosa lo abbiamo dovuto tenere in valigia, ma faniente, il terrazzo era gigante, anche se in comune con altre stanze. Un'altra piccola pecca, non è colpa dell'hotel, passavano tantissimi treni e di notte anche con tutto chiuso un po' si sentivano però per il resto tutto eccezionale, per non parlare del cibo tantissima roba e tutto estremamente buonissimo, una vacanza davvero bella, complimenti all'hotel!

Domani a malincuore torniamo a casa dopo una settimana all'hotel universal.... Che dire?!?! Abbiamo trovato il top dal personale in sala, a quello delle camera, al personale della reception. Tutti sempre gentili e disponibili... Hotel trovato per caso in internet ma che consiglieremo e se torneremo in zona sicuramente torneremo qui!!! Grazie mille per averci fatto sentire come a casa!!!
