First time staying in a motel in Seoul and it did not disappoint. If you’re not going to stay in during your days in Seoul like us, I would recommend this place! Staff was friendly and the day shift lady speaks English. Although quite small and opening 2 big luggages was a challenge, they provide all the toiletries and the bathroom was very clean. Will definitely come back here again!

I had a great stay at Seoadaemun Thema, it’s about 5 minute walk to Seodaemun station. The room is quite small, yet it’s clean organized and toiletries are provided from the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, hair gel, men’s facial lotion. Even phone charger are provided in each room(3 different types), mini fridge with 2 free dinks, mini hot cold water dispenser. There is also a mini table for 2 and a bed warmer especially for the cold season. For me, everything was perfect.

The room is clean and well located near the bus and subway. It is convenient to travel. There is a restaurant nearby. There's no elevator, but you can use the stairs. The stairs aren't very steep. I slept soundly all night. I only stayed one night, I think that's okay.

Nice rooms not very big near to metro station.. Friendly staff .. nice the gift bag they give 😉 clean and comfortable rooms if you want to be near to the museum and palace to explore on foot .. very good choice ..

Location and price have been really good value. It’s 2 minutes from Seodaemun station and just 20 mins walk from many main tourist attractions. Just be aware that this is a motel (which means a place similar to a love hotel ain Japan). You might want to keep that in mind when booking. You can see it easily by looking at the amenity kit.

I paid for a 5 day stay. However, when it becomes impossible to visit, the payment is completely non-refundable. I would be happy if the payment for some days was returned.

Please do not book this hotel. It is dark, scary. At least for me. So much cigarette smell. I have never stayed this kind of hotel before so I just left as soon as I saw the room and environment. I could not cancel since I checked in already. But it was good decision to leave that hotel right away.

The location is fine. Close to a metro station and walkable to city center, restaurants, palaces and museums. As a hotel though it's pretty sketchy. No lobby. Just a reception behind a glass window. Door to room didn't lock. Seoul is a safe city but I would have slept easier if it did.

The main advantage of this hotel (in fact a motel)- location. It was the cheapest option in the city center with walking distance to many attractions and beautiful places. The second plus is the TV with multiple channels, access to Netflix. The third plus is that the room is fully equipped: there is a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a computer, a lot of shower facilities, etc. Of the minuses, this is a motel with a hint of a place for dates (the components of the travel kit speak for themselves, as well as the inscriptions on the walls in principle), because of this, it is not very pleasant to be in the room. The room is very small, there is practically nowhere to put things. In general, the room is suitable for a couple of nights.

Next time can book again.

The location is not far from MRT but the accommodation is no elevator. They take me to the 4th floor.
