Very disappointed! Never had such a bad experience! Stayed for two nights, came back from an outing the next day and was locked after the room was cleaned. Walking to the front desk with the keys to inquire, the front desk attendant accused me of smoking in the room, finding cigarette butts and ash in the garbage plastic bag, and said it needed an additional cleaning fee! Although I am a smoker and I don't think I'm breaking the rules, I explained to her that the cigarette butts and soot in the garbage were garbage I dumped out of the portable ashtray on my body and not smoking in the room! After a few tangles, the waiter repeated that he needed me to pay extra cleaning fees and fines, and his face and tone made me very embarrassed!  In the end, I insisted that I would not be fined because I didn’t break the rules! These so-called "hotel" service staff are obviously not well trained. For me, having stayed in multiple cheap or expensive hotels several times a year abroad, would not have swindled customers of cleaning costs like this.  - The facilities in the room are not user friendly at all, the shower will wet the toilet during the shower, there is no shower curtain or bath screen separation in the shower area! - The single bed has only one flat and soft pillow - There are no additional locks after entering the room, just electronic locks for entering and exiting the card, which feels very unsafe
