The location is good and the atmosphere of the hotel is good, so I always use it. The toilet and the bath are separate, which is rare in Korea and I recommend it. What was disappointing this time was that when I entered the room, there were cigarette butts on the ground and they were still there when they cleaned it afterwards, so I felt that the room had not been cleaned properly. The slippers were changed a few years ago, but they are thin like paper and difficult to wear. I think it would be better to bring your own. I would like to use it again! I would like the shuttle service to the airport to be reinstated, even if it costs money!

I use this hotel when I have business outside of Seoul Station. Access to both Incheon Airport and Gimpo Airport is simple and convenient (close to Gimpo & one transfer to Incheon), and there are many standard shops such as Daiso, Starbucks, Olive Young, and Isaac Toast around the hotel, as well as pharmacies, KFC, and many restaurants that are open until late at night, so you will basically have no problems. Also, it is easy to get to the hotel from Balsan Station, as it is easy to understand as you just go straight towards the hotel. The area around the hotel and Balsan Station has a thriving atmosphere with many shops, and it is popular at night, so the lights are on in the shops and you walk to the hotel along the main street instead of the back alleys, so it was a little safer. As for the hotel, it was not a problem because I went out during the day, but the inside is a designer-like interior with exposed concrete and little electricity, so it is dark. The fluorescent lights are not bright, and there are no light bulbs in a position that can light up the entire room, so the room is dark even when the lights are turned on. The cleanliness of the hotel is average. When I stayed here this time, there was a small insect flying around on the first day, and the sound and presence really bothered me, so I got rid of it, but nothing happened after that. Cleaning is done every day. Most of the amenities now require a fee, but they have disposable slippers, which I used conveniently. The floor was a tile that looked like concrete, but the floor heating was probably working, so it wasn't cold even when walking barefoot. Since this was my second time staying here, I knew it depended on the room, but although there were a few outlets scattered around, it was possible to use several at the same time. What was very convenient was the wireless charging that you can just place it on the desk next to the pillow, so I charged my smartphone here when I went to sleep at night. The speed was normal. Since I'm not staying at a luxury hotel, I have no complaints and the comfort was normal, but I was able to spend my time comfortably. Also, there were several people at the front desk who spoke Japanese in addition to English, so I was able to communicate without any problems. They also accommodated my requests, such as leaving my luggage in advance and checking in early. Overall it's a convenient hotel, so I would like to continue using this hotel when I have business outside of the Seoul Station area!

This is my fourth stay: I have always felt that the hotel has complete facilities (smart sensors) and a good location. It is only 6 minutes away from the subway station. The room is comfortable and the staff is polite and efficient. However, the sensor lights and TV in the room I stayed in this time were not working well or bad.
