The service was very good and they upgraded the room without any request. Nice cafe and restaurants are around the hotel and very convenient going to Sinsa and coex area.

Pros: The room is bright and clean, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby for easy eating, and it's not far from the subway.

The counter never greeted me
The room was very small and very noisy because it was next to the road

It doesn't look like the pictures. the room design is poor. it's expensive and noisy.
The rooftop doesn't have anything, and the swimming pool is "not operational".
Breakfast offer is just a 50% discount coupon for americano to the coffee next door. the coffee place is what the rooftop should be, peaceful place to enjoy a sunny breakfast

The room is very small, there is no breakfast, the location is average, there is no commuter bus. There is a bar downstairs, the pine nuts are not as good as other hotels. There is food but the swimming pool is not open. Not recommended
