very convenient location, near to subway. also easy access by bus to other placees. a convenience shop just at the opposite road. very friendly landlady. the room is small but is enough space. the toilet a bit moldy and still acceptable. very recommend for budget stay.

I arrived late after work because I had some business to do nearby, and they told me that the room I had reserved had already been given to someone else. I got a different room, but the cleanliness was terrible. I booked it because I thought I would stay for a while because of the price, but they ignored the reservation and the cleanliness was beyond the standard.,, It's the worst.

The location is very good ◎ It's within walking distance from both Yaks Station and Potigoke Station! Transportation valve is comfortable◎ The cooler is also comfortable◎ It doesn't feel very clean, and the toiletries I use are half-used bottles of shampoo! It's very cheap so there's no problem, but I think it's better to bring your own amenities.

Not clean and has a bad smell of food. There are no appliances in the room. There is no drinking water in the refrigerator. Should be improved.

Motel smells very much like cigarettes. Bed is heated. Possibly a love hotel. Only Korean is spoken.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The traffic is very convenient. The owner is a very nice lady. I will come again next time I have a chance!
