After calling the front desk to check, I was given another bed sheet with stains and holes. The hotel has a very strong decoration smell. I thought it was an isolated phenomenon, but the second night I changed to another room and it was still the same problem. It was hard to breathe. It's really not suitable for living. In addition, the room is also very small. I can't turn around at all, and two people can't walk around in the room. Just based on the above, I think it's not worth the price. But the reasons that make people write bad reviews are definitely not the above! But the service is very inadequate. After communicating that the room smelled on the first day, it took a long time to communicate until the next day to change the room. The front desk and service staff had no response or greeting. Just said a few words of apology. The next night, I found that the bed sheet in the new room had stains. After calling the front desk to check, no one came to change the bed sheet, and I had to do it myself. There was no greeting at all when I checked out the next day. I can only say that if you book a hotel in Gangnam District for around 1,000 per night, please do not choose this hotel, it is not worth the price at all. The service and environment are worth at most 500.
