Service was bad. Hotel staffs do not smile and we charged extra for late check out. Expected more since it was more than $200 per night and we stayed there for 7 days. They don’t do room cleaning everyday but only clean after you stayed there for 4 days. Location was good but we will not return due to the service.

As soon as I entered, the lobby atmosphere was nice, and the room wasn't very big, but the candle scent was nice~ The tea set also added to the atmosphere~ The heating was warm, so it was good to travel even in the winter! I bought a bath bomb for myself at the front desk and used it, but it wasn't the type that made a lot of bubbles(?), so it was okay ㅎㅎ
The bedding and bathroom were all clean, but by the next morning, the candle scent had all disappeared, so maybe that's why the water smelled a bit..? ㅠ
Still, it felt like a proper vacation while living in Seoul! Highly recommended for special days👏🏻

The spa room is super comfortable, the room is large, the hygiene is super good, the front desk service is very polite, however the bathing time is limited, and you can not bring your own bath ball to bathe, but overall the room gives people a very relaxing feeling
