Room is clean, in-room facilities and amenities are good, front desk staff is helpful, near to shops, cafes, restaurants, but a bit far to walk to Sinsa subway station. Yet only 5 mins walk to airport bus station to Incheon from hotel, that’s super convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. The room was spacious, especially considering the price and location, and it had all the essentials I needed. The convenience store right next to the hotel (accessible through the side entrance). The hotel is also just a 3–5 minute walk from the Incheon Airport Bus (6006) stop, making transportation very convenient. Early check-in was available for an additional fee, which was helpful after an early arrival. Its location near the Han River and Banpo Bridge is great for a morning jog or evening walk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in Seoul.

Hotel was clean, and nice bed to sleep, good service too. Location was not really convenient to nearest station Sinsa. Walking around 700m or can take 1 stop bus to Sinsa station. . Lots of restaurant around the hotel. And CU convenient store just accross the hotel. . Towel, Shampoo, conditioner , shower Gel and body lotion provided. No tooth brush.

When i check in, a female staff at the front desk is not friendly. When i opened the room’s door, the green carpet seems dusty and several stains found on it.   Besides, the buffet breakfast is not worth for value.  By the way, there are many restaurants nearby the hotel and it is a walking distance to metro station (within 10 min).

Room is clean and front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive of western and Korean dish.

It was great that there was a tax refund machine right at the entrance, and a small minibar with delicious cookies. The hotel is very conveniently located near the 6006 airport bus stop (Sinsa Middle School station), just a short walk away. The hallway on the fifth floor seemed to have heating, as it was very warm right outside the elevator, which I really liked. Early check-in costs extra. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay. It's a shame I didn't get to try breakfast during my two-day stay.

Lovely little hotel, walking distance to metro and eateries.

Stayed in an Executive Twin Room this time, and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, the hotel breakfast was quite disappointing, with not much variety. The location is excellent, close to the subway station, and very convenient for shopping around.

Brightness of the room was not enough but still good trip at all !!

I've stayed here many times. The west wing is better, as the east wing requires a lift change. Room 732 was incredibly noisy, but room 830 was a huge improvement! The location is fantastic, super convenient for shopping! The gym is a bit small, but it's usable. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Seoul!

The facilities are outdated and the renovation is shoddy; I forgot to take pictures. The location is okay, but many of the surrounding shops and malls have closed down, so there's not much to do or see.

Only when I was about to sleep did I discover white tape on the bedsheet. When I lifted it, I found a blood stain underneath. It was too late to ask someone to change it. I sincerely hope the hotel can improve this. Also, I suspect the square decorative pillows are not changed between guests, and they look a bit dirty when placed with the sheets and regular pillows.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. It was clean, and the staff were polite. The hotel’s location and the neighborhood were excellent — there are various eateries and shops nearby. It’s also a short trip to Seongsu.

I was incorrectly charged breakfast for two guests despite staying in a single room. I only found out after rechecking the unusually high amount, as no receipt was provided. I was disappointed by the casual explanation given. Combined with the room request issue at check-in, the overall experience was not satisfactory.
