Trip.com has false info. No airport shuttle service. No access to a nice buffet. Only for suite dragon city guests.go for the lbis for $60 saving. I will not use this hotel again.

The hotel itself was good. There was a loud buzzing noise outside of my room on the first night which constantly kept waking me up. The next night they were able to change my room. I chose this hotel mainly as it had a sauna. Little did I know, you had to pay for the sauna. This was very disappointing and very surprising. I think an additional charge should be stated clearly on this site

It was a pleasant 5 nights stay at Novotel. It is a good location to get to most of tourist destination around Seoul as it connects to Yongsan station. The room is spacious enough for all your things and it’s clean. The room service was very prompt as well. Thanks Novotel for making our trip in Seoul as wonderful and pleasant stay.

Service staff at swimming pool was extremely good. Overall hotel was very busy with heavy human traffic. But I have enjoyed stay from May 24 to May 29 today with my family. Thank you.

Hotel was great. Concierge wasn’t as helpful as we had hoped - unable to make place a call in Korean to confirm a service, but otherwise staff great.

Great services from the hotel staff. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to 2 metro lines, a huge shopping and train station, with plenty of amenities.

From an hotel claimed as 5 stars I'd expect far better organisation and service. Starting from breakfast, I've never waited in line to get to breakfast's room but this time! And line was long! Of course during these days big crowd was expected, but that's not excuse to me. The staff was nice but simply not enough or not prepared to deal with the amount of guests; seats were available but tables weren't tidied up on time and ready for the guests. Amenities like the pool were unusable due to amount of guests. Pool overcrowded and locker room minimal with no seats, unless you use the sauna area with extra cost. All families that weren't interested in sauna had to deal with children with only 2 showers each for male and female areas, standing changing, with no hairdryer, and small towels. After the room service complimentary water wasn't replaced every day, as well as used bathrobe and slippers. They're all things we can live without, but as said, we're talking about 5 stars hotel, and the money spent for that!

Good place~ Good location~ Just the house keeper forgot to bring mineral water for us And we got charge 1.000 won for tooth brush per person Over all its 8 to 10 for me Love it

This is my second time staying at Novotel Yongsan. Arrived early for check in at about 11am and was told that I can only try to check in at about 1-2pm. Went for a walk at the nearby mall and came back to the hotel to check in at 2pm. Was told that the rooms were not ready so we headed out for a walk again. I went back to the hotel 3.10am and has to wait for about 20mins to check in due to the long queue. Was quite disappointed that the hotel couldn’t offer an early check in and the check in took longer than expected. Love it that it’s connected to the train station and hotel has all the necessary amenities.
